in 1993 JMW Barnard LLP is based in Palace Gardens Terrace. Together
with its sister company, JMW Barnard Management Ltd, it has three principals
and four staff. The firm serves as a local agent in Notting Hill and
Kensington for landlords and tenants, and acts for corporate occupiers
nationally. A particular strength of the practice is to act as asset manager for offshore and onshore investors- sourcing properties and adding value by refurbishing and leasing them on the client's behalf. Our in- depth local knowledge is brought to bear throughout this process. In addition we offer the full range of commercial property services for landlords and tenants facing rent review, lease renewal and dilapidations issues, together with the usual agency sales and leasing functions. Our clients include the Virgin Group, Grainger Trust plc, Sirva Ltd, UK Investments Ltd and many private landlords and local businesses. |
