MANAGEMENT OF FURNISHED LETTINGS

We manage approximately 40 furnished flats for various clients.

Our service includes all the usual responsibilities such as organising your gas safety and energy performance certificates and responding promptly to repair and maintenance issues.

We also have extensive experience of the residential lettings market and have (on behalf of clients) overseen the redevelopment/refurbishment of approximately 25 dwellings (contract value £5m) in W11. Our service can include furnishing your property for the lettings market and overseeing the lettings process.

We are registered under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to hold tenants rent deposits. Our membership is with the Dispute Service and our membership reference is G06637.

We can often discount our management fees if we also manage the freehold of your building as there can be economies of scale for us.

We have close links with local letting agents and can advise you whom to appoint.
