JMW Barnard Management is a small and professional property management
business offering a friendly and personal service. Founded in 2002
by Jeremy Barnard (a then already well established commercial estate
agent) and Chris Ogden-Newton (a chartered surveyor with
over 20 years property management experience) the business has grown
by personal recommendations into a specialist commercial and residential
property management practice, providing services to developers, investors
individual freeholders and residential lessees.
Much of the property we manage is local to our offices and whilst
not essential, we feel that this enables us to react swiftly to your
maintenance and repair items and emergencies. In many instances, we
are only a short walk or bus/tube ride from your property.
