JMW Barnard Management was founded in 2002 and has built up its business from one client up to the present day level of approximately 80 clients. We currently have a team of 7 members of staff on hand to assist.

Our Senior Residential Property Manager, Annie Booth has specialised in residential block management for over 17 years and is well respected in the industry.

We specialise in all types of residential flats including those with a commercial element. We pride ourselves on the personalised and proactive service that we offer all our clients based on our expertise in this field.

The buildings we currently manage comprise anything from 3 flats up to our largest block of 40 flats and vary from stucco fronted Victorian properties to purpose built.
